Lindsey
Hillier-Tate started dancing at the age
of 4, mastering ballet, tap and jazz.
Lindsey would go on to become British, European and 5 times World Ballroom
Champion. As a professional she continued to win a host of titles including
3 World Championships.
World Amateur Champions 77-78.
World-European-International-British Professional
champions.
She has
successfully run her own Dance business for 20 years, teaching Ballroom and
Latin American, with widespread UK and world-wide contacts built up over
the years.
Lindsey is
also a renowned adjudicator at International Dance Championships and in
demand world-wide as a choreographer and coach to the top international
couples. Regularly working in Portugal, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Norway,
Holland, Slovakia, Japan, Ukraine, Singapore, Hong Kong, America and Russia.
Burn the
Floor
From presenting choreography for Elton John's 50 birthday
party which was a huge success with the star studied audience. Lindsey went
on to become employed as choreographer & associate director of a new concept
show - Burn the Floor.
As one of the creative team of 6 people, Lindsey was
involved in the creation of a multi million dollar extravaganza. From
concept - to birth, Lindsey found all the dancers who performed in the
opening shows. Burn the Floor opened in Perth Australia. Then completed an
European & US tour.
